The   Fundamentals   of   Optimisation

No wellbeing – no well beings

There is a specific path to realising one’s potential, particular things you can do to great effect that help you become the best version of yourself.

The greatest shifts though are experienced by mastering what I call the fundamentals of optimisation.

Mental Training

Mind and body are interconnected. Our experience of the world is dictated by the internal state of our mind. It governs a large portion of our wellbeing, our stress levels and our ability to find peace.

Movement

The average adult sits for nearly 10 hours a day. A sedentary lifestyle is dangerous for our health. Movement, fitness and flexibility challenge the mainstream passivity and put us on the path to health.

Nutrition

Personalised diets informed by in-depth analysis of ourselves are the way to lasting health. There are too many over-generalised assumptions and generic diet plans that preach a false “one-size-fits-all” approach.

Sleep

Technological advances and attachment to our devices mean that our sleeping patterns have changed more in the last 150 years than in the last 150,000, from 10 hours a night to just 6.2. Sleep is fundamental part of great health and essential in maximising our potential.

Knowing Your Strengths

Know your strengths and build on them to become the best version of yourself.

Why FAST for 24 Hours?

When was the last time you abstained from food for a day (without being sick)? Have you ever? When I think back on my life, for as long as I can recall, I shovelled food (the silent poison) down my gullet every few hours without fail. And I’d also eat snacks in...
