Hello,  Ross  here

This is my story.

I would like to begin by saying that I believe we are all capable of so much more, and that we have the ability to develop in so many ways; my own life experiences have led me to this conclusion. I once lived a highly toxic lifestyle, which left me facing numerous trying and challenging situations. Such events seemed to multiply and over time the accumulation of negativity, failure, pain and a lack of direction caused me to ask myself: “Is this it? Is this my life?” From then on I chose to focus my attention on growth, pushing my boundaries and realising my potential.

An  Awakening

A  Realisation

I witnessed first-hand the positive effects in my life by committing myself fully to progression and becoming the best version of myself. It left me with a burning desire to guide others into manifesting these changes for themselves so they too can lead happier, healthier lives. I feel the world is lacking balance; there seems to be such a focus on external treasures and a yearning for the things that bring fleeting happiness rather than lasting fulfilment.

We can all have a greater level of vibrancy but we must generate it ourselves from within instead of seeking it from an outside source, or simply relying on hope. As a result of viewing the pain of many, including myself, I decided to let my voice be known; I decided to be a source of motivation and mentor for those who wish to live their lives to the fullest.

How presumptuous, I know. But also, how necessary.

A  Goal

An  Education

I witnessed first-hand the positive effects in my life by Over the years I have educated myself in many different fields: psychology, neuroscience, biology, physiology, nutrition, fitness, and also in many disciplines such as yoga, calisthenics, qi gong and many more. I keep an open mind and never neglect any angle, experimenting with many different practices. I have witnessed myself transition from a street-wise, tried and tested, individual with much life experience, to the academically dedicated person I am now. I am continuously developing a vast body of beneficial knowledge equipped to help others grow, and I have made it my purpose to share this with as many people as I can.

I want people to become extremist voyagers — meaning if you hunger for something in life then reach out and grab it. The core of the human spirit comes from new experiences. I want people to become students of life, exploring the many facets of the world while consciously and insightfully documenting and experimenting with the process. If we do not explore we fail to find, and if we do not find we fail to understand what may or may not be fitting for us. Preferences are developed through effortful trying, through venturing into untraveled land and being self-aware about our own feelings while doing so.

A  Purpose

An  Actualisation

As Mark Twain said “Twenty years from now, you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do, so throw off the bowlines, sail away from safe harbor, catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore, Dream, Discover.”
If we do this consistently through life then we will come to know ourselves in greater depth and thus achieve a higher energy and passion for our existence.

Guidance, encouragement and motivation are the virtues that steered me into a better way of being. Having your own personal resource to call upon in times of need and to highlight the path to success is fundamental in your journey towards what you want to achieve.
